The Regional Team Learning Seminar (RTLS) is an Annual Event convened by the Incoming Director of the Zone to Train and Certify incoming Regional and Zone Officers in readiness for their year. The Regions of Rotary Zone 22 (Africa) are Region 26 (Francophone), Region 27 (West and North Africa), and Region 28 (East and Southern Africa).

This year, the Africa’s RTLS 2025 will take place in Accra Ghana from 07-11 May 2025 at the Tang Palace Hotel.

RTLS is by invitation only. However, a number of side events are organized for spouses, partners, and friends of Rotary to enjoy the experience. There will be a fellowship programme organized in collaboration with Rotary District 9104 and hosted by Governor Maame Hagan. The fellowship programme for this year includes activities marking the visit of RI President-Elect Mário César Martins de Camargo to Ghana. We invite interested Rotarians, Rotaractors, spouses, partners, family, etc, to enjoy a friendship exchange with Rotarians and Rotaractors in Ghana. Apart from an opening and closing social event for RTLS open to all on the fellowship programme, opportunities for home visits, vocational exchanges/visits, tours, visits to the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and various social events are available for participants to experience.
